Enrollment
Step 1: The online enrollment form is a secure, easy way to complete registration for incoming and/or transferring students who will be attending Arthur F. Smith Middle School. Currently, we are accepting enrollment forms for grades 6th through 8th only. For students who reside outside of the Arthur F. Smith Middle Magnet School zone, please complete a magnet application. Please read our enrollment form checklist and the directions below prior to registering your student(s). Before you begin please check out the link for our enrollment checklist!
Step 2 (Read Only): Student registration/enrollment forms are completed when ALL required documents are submitted. These documents can be physically submitted (in person) or electronically through our online registration link. Step 3: School Registration Enrollment. The virtual registration form can be accessed through our "ENROLL NOW" button. You may be required to sign into your Google account or prompted to create a Google account (if you do not have one) for virtual registration. Make Arthur F. Smith your child's academic home....."Where Excellence is the Expectation"
Step 4 (Optional): Arthur F. Smith Middle Magnet School has a designated school-based health clinic on campus. Services are offered to students with no out-of-pocket costs to the student or Rapides Parish School Board. Qualifying services may include urgent care, wellness exams, eye exams, and/or behavior health. Please utilize the button below to complete a virtual registration for Trinity Community Health Centers.
Step 5 (Magnet Enrollment ONLY): Please download the magnet enrollment application and return to the main office by Friday, February 28, 2025.
